QUESTIONS ABOUT CHANGING YOUR ORDER:
I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this?
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size and need to change it, we can help you with that. However, you will need to act quickly because once your order is printed, we cannot make any changes to it. Therefore, please reach out to our support team at support@fuukapparel.com as soon as possible to request a size change. When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number for reference.
I used the wrong address, can I still change this?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to support@fuukapparel.com and we will take care of it for you.
Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items.
I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?
If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do so only if your items are not yet in print. Once your items are in print, we cannot cancel your order as they are already being made. To cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@fuukapparel.com with the subject line "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will take care of it for you.

Where are your items made?
It depends on your country of residence and what item you have ordered. We have factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe
Why is everything priced in Dollars? I am not from the USA.
Although we ship worldwide, We operate from the USA. This does not mean you cannot order if you are not from the USA. The credit card companies / paypal will simply use your own currency on check out.
I am finding the pricing to be high. Can you explain why?
At FUUK Apparel, we take pride in providing high-quality apparel. We want our customers to experience the exclusivity of owning a Limited Edition Item, which can only be purchased from us.
We work with the best designers and sewers in the industry to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. We never compromise on materials, and we use only the best fabrics that don't lose vibrancy when stretched.
All our items are handcrafted in North America, Mexico or Europe. When you place an order with us, we print, cut, and sew it by hand. Our items are printed on demand, meaning that we start the personalized creation process with your order so that you receive a unique and special item.
We understand that our prices may seem high, but we believe that our quality and the exclusivity of our items are worth it."

Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.

Where do FUUK Apparel ship to, I am not from the USA?
We ship worldwide.
How long will it take for my item to be delivered?
This is divided into two parts:
1. Production Times:
We print on demand, everything is handmade just for you (printing, cutting and sewing). It takes us about 7-10 business days to create your gear. Shipping times are added to our production times.
Under normal circumstances, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days.

What does shipping cost?
We only charge shipping on single orders. For every order above $100, shipping is on us!
Domestic shipping (USA) for orders under $100: $5.99
International shipping for orders under $100: $10.99
Why can't I track my order via your tracking page?
You will get an e-mail once your gear is printed and sent out for delivery. From then on our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive a shipping e-mail plus a tracking code.
Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments randomly pick packages they check and decide to charge extra for import.
