IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I ordered the wrong size, can I still change this? 

If you have ordered the wrong size & need to change it, please act quickly! Once your order is printed, we cannot make any changes. Email our support team at service@fuukapparel.com as soon as possible to request a size change. Be sure to include your Order Number for reference.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

Absolutely (if your items are not yet in print). Once they are, we can no longer cancel. To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible with your Order Number to service@fuukapparel.com. Ensure the subject line clearly states Cancel Order.

A change in size

Please advise us on which size you need on the online form, and we will send you the correct size. While we are happy to exchange the size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices.

You received the wrong item

Please send a photo of the incorrect item to support@gearbunch.com, and we will follow it up for you.

You received a damaged/faulty item

Quality is our top priority. If you receive damaged or faulty gear, you do not need to return it. The only thing we ask is that you send an email to support@fuukapparel.com stating your order number and a photo of the faulty or damaged gear within 7 days of receiving your order. If the damage or fault is clear, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge.

While all care is taken when hand-making your product, there may be a slight variation in the pattern placement depending on the size you have ordered. Returns are not accepted for minor variations in the placement of patterns or the alignment of patterns at the seams.

WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IF:

You do not use the( EXAMPLE  https://gearbunch.myreturnscenter.com/  link to have your return request reviewed and approved by our team, prior to you sending your product back.

A ‘change of mind’ because we print on demand & do not hold stock. Please choose carefully as returns are not accepted for exchange of design or refund.
The item(s) have been worn or washed
The item(s) have been altered in any way
The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault.
The item(s) are part of a replacement order from a previous exchange
The item(s) were a Final Sale item
The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
